Joylenge™ melamine foam is a thermosetting, environmentally friendly new foam material made of melamine resin with an open cell ratio of up to 99%.
Five characteristics：
1、Flame retardant properties. No need to add any flame retardant, meet the B1 grade low flammability material standard (German standard) specified in DIN4102, UL94-V0 high flame retardant material standard (American Insurance Association standard), GB8624-2012 national building material B1 grade (International), in case of fire without melting, rapid carbonization, will not release toxic gases, will not cause secondary harm and pollution.
2、Thermal stability. The high-opening thermosetting foam forms a thick air-like insulation layer, which ensures a long-term operating temperature of -200 ° C to 200 ° C and a short time of 240 ° C without decomposition and deformation. The thermal conductivity of JoylengeTM melamine foam is only 0.032W/(m·K), making it an insurable thermal insulation material.
3、Sound absorption and noise reduction characteristics. The fully-opened three-dimensional network structure system enables the sound wave to consume and absorb most of the energy through the vibration of the mesh while passing through the foam, effectively realizing the sound absorption and noise reduction function.
4、Cleaning characteristics. The material itself is sturdy, and the mesh with high opening can increase the friction and adsorption force, easily remove dirt and water stains without cleaning agent, and then can be used twice by extrusion.
